Scorpio Season – The plot thickens 

Astrologically, The Sun and Venus are moving through the sign of Scorpio which can bring up looking at your life truthfully, honestly and forgivingly. Be honest and forgive yourself for putting up with “situations” that were less than satisfactory. Be willing to look at life and your partner directly in the eye, be real and risk being emotionally naked. Some of the traits of Scorpios: they are intense, penetrating, psychological, psychic, driven, shrewd, dedicated, obsessive investigative, ambitious, resourceful, strategic and secretive.

We have moved into Scorpio season. Those who are born under the sign of scorpio, are in relation with a scorpio or who ever loved a scorpio will relate and resonate with these energies. The plot thickens as intensity builds. So expect things to happen. Things that effect you psychologically. I started to watch on Netflix a series called “From Scratch”. I love food and love Italy, so it sounded like a good Friday night movie choice. I started watching the series late at night. As 1 episodes rolled into the next the movie was hitting home more and more. At one point I realised that I am almost re-living my life, this hasn’t happened to me before. 

Anyone who immigrated, moved and lived in an another country, anyone who loves or loved a person from a foreign land, culture, religion – anyone who had an idea a dream that was not accepted but rejected or opposed would relate. Anyone who experienced family drift, came across people that tried to stop and block you from what you wanted, felt, or desired, challenges on your path that you wouldn’t even imagine, but had to cope with would be moved. I could continue, but my point is the range of emotions, the deep change, courage and determination that one would need to stay on course is nothing less than extraordinary. The hurt, the pain, the inner psychological turmoil of evolution that you would gone through, would be intense to say the least. 

Life’s intricate turns keep you on your toes, tests your soul, awakens your inner essence & increases your depth. No greatness was achieved, by everything going right, but there are opportunities in life where you can start making things right. Opportunities come where you follow your soul’s messages and decide to believe and have faith that you have what it takes to keep going, to keep fighting for your life and do what needs to be done. Experiencing those soul testing and soul searching periods, as well as surviving the dramas where you get seriously effected by life’s unexpected happenings, other people’s intention, ignorance, mental state or just being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

So this is Scorpio energy, slightly intense, psychologically testing or even disturbing. Now scorpio also have passionate, sexual, obsessive side to it which can feel like an opera that has the crescendo at a certain point. Experiencing moments like those or similar can send shivers down your spine, because it touches the passionate experience of Scorpion energy. However Scorpio has a tail and can sting you, right? And, yes there it is, you know what comes after the bite! A life that tests you, and develops your muscles to keep swimming. The alternative is too painful to mention. My hope is that I conveyed the intensity of the Scorpio energy and by understanding that it is part of life and part of our evolution. It is either you know exactly what I am talking about, because you lived those emotions or it can be an insight to life’s unexpected dramas. So happy birthday Scorpios! Keep living in intensity. For the rest of us: trust that “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”.
